1. What should I do with the folder marked 'Your copy to keep?'
This folder details your loan offers so its important you keep this in a safe place. Most customers file it away with other financial documents.


2. Who should I ask to be my witness?
Your witness should not be a family member or someone who lives at your address. You should have known them for at least a year.


3. What do I need to send back to you?
You will need to return your signed loan documents and any supporting information requested by your Customer Account Manager. Items requested are typically required to verify income, identification and residency.


4. I'm worried about sending original documents, such as my passport. What should I do?
The lender requires us to verify that we have seen the original document. This is to prevent fraud and also to protect you, the customer. We provide a freepost envelope, which you can use to return your signed loan documents. If you feel unsure about sending original documentation back in this envelope, please visit your post office and enquire about Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Tracked. As soon as we have verified your documents we will return them to you.


5. I have concerns and I'm not sure whether I should sign. What should I do?
If you are unsure about ANYTHING in the loan pack we have sent you, please do not sign. Call your Customer Account Manager

We have helped over 300,000 people since 1987 so you can be confident our documentation is top notch. In saying that, we wouldn't like anyone to sign anything they weren't sure about so please get in touch and we'll be happy to give you any further information you need.

6. How much will my loan cost?
The interest rate you pay on your secured loan reflects your personal circumstances. Any fees that we charge are listed clearly in your loan pack. The fees are not charged upfront, they are added to your loan and only payable if the loan pays out. If you are in any doubt, please contact your Customer Account Manager straight away.


7. When will I get my money?
This relies on when we receive the signed loan pack as above, and requested items, back from you. Usually you will receive your cheque within 30 days of when we receive this information. If you'd like to check on the status of your loan, please call your Customer Account Manager at any time.


8. Can I repay my secured loan early?
Yes you can repay your secured loan early. The method of calculating the repayment can be found in your loan pack.


9. Can I change my monthly repayments?
Prior to the loan paying out, Yes. If you would like to change any aspect of your loan, please call your Customer Account Manager.


10. Can I top up my loan?
Prior to the loan paying out, if you want to increase the amount you wish to borrow simply contact your Customer Account Manager to discuss.


11. What if I have a question that is not answered here?
