1. What should I do with the folder marked 'Your copy to keep?'
This folder details your loan offers so its important you keep this in a safe place. Most customers file it away with other financial documents. This is useful if, in future, you need to top up your loan or need to remember specific details of your loan application.


2. Who should I ask to be my witness?
Your witness should not be a family member or someone who lives at your address. You should have known them for at least a year. They should also be someone you trust, as they will need to read parts of your loan pack and watch you sign certain documents.


3. What do I need to send back to you?
You will need to return your signed loan documents these can be found in the yellow pack we sent you. In the letter accompanying the loan pack we've listed certain items, such as identification. Please return these with your signed loan documents as we'll need to verify this information before we release your money.


4. I'm worried about sending original documents, such as my passport. What should I do?
We provide a freepost envelope, which you can use to return your signed loan documents. If you feel unsure about sending original documentation back in this envelope, please visit your post office and enquire about Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Tracked


5. I have concerns and I'm not sure whether I should sign. What should I do?
If you are unsure about ANYTHING in the loan pack we have sent you, please do not sign. Call your customer account manager

6. How much will my loan cost?
The interest rate you pay on your secured loan reflects your personal circumstances. Any fees that we charge are listed clearly in your loan pack as above. If you are in any doubt, please contact your customer account manager straight away.


7. When will I get my money?
This relies on when we receive the signed loan pack as above, and requested items, back from you. Usually you will receive your cheque within 21 days of when we receive this information. In saying that, we have paid out loans within 24 hours. If you'd like to check on the status of your loan, please call your Customer Account Manager at any time.


8. Can I repay my secured loan early?
Yes you can repay your secured loan early. The method of calculating the repayment can be found in your loan pack.


9. Can I change my monthly repayments?
Yes. If you would like to make any changes to your loan, please call your customer account manager.


10. Can I top up my loan?
Usually this is fine, as long as you haven't borrowed the maximum amount you are eligible for. If you would like to make any changes to your loan, please call your customer account manager.


11. What if I'm ill or if I'm made redundant?
Optional insurance is available. If you didn't discuss this with your customer account manager please give them a call. They will take you through all your options and send you additional documents to read and sign.
